  6. Admin: Remove temporary block for team member entering password incorrectly

    I would like an admin to be able to lift a temporary password block (usually 5 minutes) when a team member has entered too many incorrect passwords.

  15. Admin to "Create Workspace" not possible

    When you are an Admin but not the Super Admin/ Account Owner. The option to + Create Workspace is available. It is deceiving to give false hope that as an admin you can create a Workspace when in reality you can't.

    I hope product can place a banner or a notification message saying that only the main Admin Owner can create

  16. Ability to have IT not use a license

    We have a new IT firm that will creating users for all of our portal (i.e. PandaDoc) when we have new hires. I want to give them admin access to our account with using any of our open licenses.
