  2. Have a user type that can see all workspaces automatically

    It would be easier if you could have a user type that could just see all the workspaces automatically and create new ones without having to be added to each one. Right now even the owner and superadmin can't see all the workspaces automatically.

  3. Multiple Workspace collaboration

    A way for workspaces to communicate customers information better. We have many different departments who all deal with a customers file but at different stages. There needs a way to Be able to create workspaces for area of customer relations but have the customer banks the same. example adding contacts to multiple workspaces with one entry. having their sent documents visible from all workspaces. but allow initial processing, sold jobs, payment, and aftercare/service be separate. allows team to stay in their lanes and not see the mess of other departments.   16. Editing options when changing/editing licenses

    We need a way to BULK select multiple user names/emails when needing to change the license type. Having 450+ licenses, I need a way to do things in GROUPS....not just bulk deleting, but also bulk CHANGES when needed.
