The customer would like to remove users automatically based on the inactivity status so it is easy to keep the account user list clean. They have over 2700 users in the account and it is difficult to track inactive users and remove manually.

Restrict managers from adding in new users. Only allowing them to add guests
Use case: We have enabled SSO, but if managers invite people within the domain (which they will do because it appears they can) the new user wont be able to login because they are not in the approved AD group which only can be done my an IT administrator. Anticipating this scenario will create confusion and frustration for our managers and members.

Customizable Reminders: Custom Intervals and Duration
Option to set customizable intervals between reminders and duration. For example, set up automatic reminders for the invoices sent via Panda twice a month. One reminder every 2 weeks. Length - 2 months. Then it should be stopped sending.

Protect Confidential Documents / Move Documents to New Workspace
Please allow us to move documents to a different workspace OR mark them as confidential. I have new employees coming in that need to work in the main workspace but should not have visibility to existing documents like employee agreements, company financials, certain contracts, etc.
I need a better way to partition documents to maintain confidentiality.

Set a limit on the number of licenses: when limit is reached, access to join account is denied
Be able to set a limit on the number of licenses in PandaDoc, and when if that limit is reached and someone tries to join, they will be denied access until the Account Owner either removes a user or adjusts the locked license count.
3 votesHi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
