  3. We’d love to see a direct integration with LemonSlice (or similar platform) to embed an AI avatar of the salesperson (using a photo) into each PandaDoc proposal. This interactive agent would:

    Appear as the person sending the proposal

    Answer customer questions in real time using proposal content as context

    Help clarify details, reduce back-and-forth emails, and speed up decisions

    The avatar would be automatically generated when a proposal is sent, using the document data and salesperson’s photo. Customers could then interact with it inside the proposal viewer - no extra links or tools needed.

  6. Currently the Pricing Table field mapping in Zapier is extremely limited, making it challenging to use pricing tables in dynamic ways. It would be great to be able to map data to custom Pricing Table fields in Zapier, or to be able to map to more than one pricing table within the zapier/pandadoc integration.

  7. We have to set the quote validity on the document so the customer is aware. We have a standard document expiration time on our templates. However, the salesperson can change the validity as the need arises. So if they change it from the standard, the validity promised to the customer and the validity on the document will not be consistent.

    We try to limit the number of changes a salesperson has to make on a PandaDoc document once generated, to help save them time. Asking them to remember to change the document validity on the PandaDoc document does not work…

  12. I have the need to use tabular data that is non-product related into my Pandadoc templates.

    What I mean by this is for a quote / proposal or other primary object, I have custom lookup objects in Salesforce that needs to be mapped in a repeatable way into a standard table in Pandadoc.

    I don't want to use a pricing table or quote builder table, just a standard table with rows that repeat for each related lookup object associated with my primary object, say a quote or an opportunity in Salesforce.
