  3. Pricing Table: Predefined tokens (#2 need)
    Pricing Tables are the main reason we use PD, so the tokens that pre-fill from SF is information can't be lost.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for sharing this idea. At the moment, this is not on our roadmap, mainly because the use case isn't fully clear to us yet.

    Currently, line items or products are pulled in and used as inputs for our quoting components — like the pricing table or quote builder. We're not planning any changes here for now.

    That said, if you have a specific scenario or workflow in mind, we’d really love to hear it! Feel free to reply here or drop me an email — happy to follow up and see if this is something we should explore further.

  19. Hey there, we have a problem where your QuickBooks integration is creating invoices with invoice numbers that are overlapping other invoices. We were wondering if your integration allows us to say what number invoice it starts at. If we can't, this is an integration that really does not work for us, and we may have to find a different tool to do the job.

  20. We’d love to see a direct integration with LemonSlice (or similar platform) to embed an AI avatar of the salesperson (using a photo) into each PandaDoc proposal. This interactive agent would:

    Appear as the person sending the proposal

    Answer customer questions in real time using proposal content as context

    Help clarify details, reduce back-and-forth emails, and speed up decisions

    The avatar would be automatically generated when a proposal is sent, using the document data and salesperson’s photo. Customers could then interact with it inside the proposal viewer - no extra links or tools needed.
