  2. Recipient Groups are currently not working when creating documents from Hubspot. Are there any plans to add this functionality to our Hubspot integration, similar to how it works in Salesforce?

  3. Currently you can only map properties to HubSpot from templates. I'm making a template with a lot of conditional logic which requires me to create Content Library items as building blocks. I would really like to be able to map my questions in these building blocks to HubSpot properties.

  4. Allow mapping to different HubSpot fields in pricing table:
    This is a major pain point for us. We can only use deal line items to populate Contracts and have to manually populate Sales Proposals because we can't use the same line item description for both documents. The description in the pricing table of contracts needs to meet legal requirements, whereas the description in the sales proposal needs to be easy to understand and not full of legal jargon.
    We have a double work load with every sale due to this restriction.

  5. We are wondering if it's possible to have the Line Items from HubSpot populate our PandaDoc Quotation in our specified order. We have a standardised system and are using category conditional logic where we input items into corresponding categories, but we would like to have a bit more flexibility in terms of specifying an order of those line items in our pricing table because as of now it's transferring those items in a random order.

  6. HubSpot integration request:

    We are requesting the status trigger from PandaDoc to HubSpot to be available for BOTH client and countersignature in a single document. Currently there is only one status of "completed" for one of the two signatures but not both. This may require a new "status" option such as pending final signatures if one signature is complete, but we are waiting on the second one for the document to be fully "completed".

    Ex: If you set up the quote to be "completed" after client signature, we can move the deal in HubSpot. Likewise we can mark as completed…

  7. To have a tagging for documents appearing in HubSpot, have multiple types of documents (proposals, contracts, agreements, etc.) be able to quickly differentiate between them in HubSpot without relying on each individual user to properly name the documents they generate

  8. We integrated with HubSpot and are moving to Line items. We would like variables available for line items. Not just the deal level. We need to key information in twice in the deal and on the line items, which is a double effort. If we move away from the deal information, we lose an important integration in our letters. It would be great if we could implement variables in line items.

  15. Right now we send out hundreds of PandaDoc's out each day. We have a sequence in HubSpot that auto emails the prospect that the will receive a proposal via PandaDoc the next day. Right now our sequence creates a task for each client to send the PandaDoc. It's all the same document. It sure would save a lot of time if we could automate the sending of the PandDoc.

  17. I realize the big money seems to be in integrations with the larger CRM's. I would encourage you to look at Smart Suite which is a no code low code and I think will become gigantic in the near future. There are alot of companies (especially start ups that watch pennies closely) and would not pay for platforms like the Hubspots of the world out of the gate (when Smart Suite will automate to the same scale and degree for almost nothing in comparison). all of these companies will pay the money (or accounting and legal will force them too…
