Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap. Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

Hi, we have good news! We have already started working on this feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via a notification inside PandaDoc.

[WORKAROUND]
Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. We wanted to share an update regarding tokens/variables in saved messages and email. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

An error occurred while saving the comment When sending an email to a client, to allow hyperlinks to be created within the email message.
Ex.
- under my signature to create a hyperlink for my "calendar" for appointments

It would appear more professional to have numeric variables to reflect comma separators.
