Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. An error occurred while saving the comment notify someone who is not a document owner or participant that the document is completed and/or signed.
to pull out certain fields from the document and notify them that the document was signed, and for example, they signed a X year agreement, the Contact is X and they are in X state.

Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios namely:
- You can use Conditional Content to pass images as variables. Please see more here.
- Passing images is also available via Pricing table or Quote Builder. Check this link for more info.

If all licenses are occupied, the only way to change the Standard licence to eSign e.g. is to delete a license to make it available.

If the checkboxes are added next to the text and then this text is edited, you need manually change the position of the checkbox. It should be done automatically

- Hide the total section and add text block below the pricing table.Â
- Use Pricing table total variable or any other that you'd need to adjust.Â
- Change format as needed via Text design.Â

If the pricing table has a white color block, the font color will be the one chosen in the document design.
