Ability to transfer existing licenses from one user to another without having to remove/re-add the user

change the license without deleting a user to give this license to another user
If all licenses are occupied, the only way to change the Standard licence to eSign e.g. is to delete a license to make it available.

build an ability to SWAP license types - this is currently impossible if all your spots are full.
