We are working in a very traditional B2B business segment. Very often our customers either
- print the PandaDoc document (instead of signing it online), sign it on paper and send the scan back
OR
- send us a purchase request generated by their SRM tool
In both cases, we want to store this document in PandaDoc, as we use your tool for all legal documents.
The customers are sending an answer to your system mail address <docs@email.pandadoc.net>
