An error occurred while saving the comment Ollie Stacey commentedWe'd love the ability to define where a document is stored based on variables within the document, including the ability to create a folder name for a specific variable.
Example - we want to store our sent quotes by account name (pulled from our CRM). When sent, save the document to a folder named [deal.companyname]. If it finds a folder, drop it there. If it doesn't, create a new folder.
The same could be true for different deal/opportunity owners, so quotations can be stored against the relevant account holder/deal owner.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:
- Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
- In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
- Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
- Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ollie Stacey commentedShouldn't be optional - it really needs to pull in the order from HubSpot by default!!!

We really need this! We quote options separately, and when we import the line items from HubSpot, they default to a single pricing table.
