Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

Great news – Schedule send is now live! You can schedule a document to be sent at a future date and time, and PandaDoc will deliver it exactly when you chose.
We're rolling it out gradually, so you might not see it in your account just yet. If you'd like access right away, reach out to our support team and we'll enable it for you. It's currently available on the Business plan, with rollout to all plans on the way.

I agree with Richard, it's hard to get proposals created quickly on the fly while reps may be on the road, on their phones. Even myself, when wanting to do a quick estimate for a clients I have to do it useing the hubspot app and it kind of breaks our workflow.
