An error occurred while saving the comment Steve Alvarez commentedDarkMode Toggle for Desktop UI would be awesome. I build many custom proposals in PD everyday and my eyes get tired and strained just staring at the all the bright white/blue light coming off my screens. I do adjust by screens through internal setting to have a more warm feel but in the end its still too bright! A DarkMode Toggle would help significantly! The document itself should be the only thing left untouched or unchanged. That can be done independently by changing background colors...etc...

[WORKAROUND]
Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. Here are a few benefits of this new feature: An account admin/manager no longer has to change an approval workflow at the template level A document creator doesn’t need to create a new version of a document once its approval workflow has been changed Making a change to an approval workflow is quick and easy, saving a ton of time and effort for everyone involved Read this Help Center article to learn more about how it works: https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016122334#h_01F2H326V6QVFDF0D8S2VPCE9Z
I would be happy to answer your questions and get a feedback from you. You can…

Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios namely:
- Recipient view localization.
We hope these releases can help you. If not, please keep upvoting this idea, so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
I want to be able to Customize “reminder” message. I want to be able to add my own custom message to reminders as they go out or after the preconfigured amount of time customer is set to receiver reminders that they have a document to sign.
The following message would go out at 7 days:
“Hello! Looks like you are still working on getting this one signed. Remember, don’t hesitate to contact us (me) if you have any questions!”
Maybe the next message goes out at 14 days.
“Hello, looks like you still haven’t made a decision on this project. Just so you know, typically our proposals expire after 30 days, but please reach out if you need more time to make a decision—We’d be glad to extend the accessibility of this proposal!”
A final message goes out at 27 days:
“Hello, Since we haven’t heard from you in a few weeks about a decision on this project, we’d like to reach out once more to remind you that this proposal will expire in 3 days. If you need more time to decide, please reach out to our team. We would be glad to work with you on extending the accessibility of this proposal and hopefully all pricing and availability of products proposed herein continue to maintain roughly the same cost. Thank you!”
Something like that.
