More connection between workspaces: Design options, themes, settings shared between workspaces
- themes and fonts available and shared across all workspaces
- swap users between workspaces (move user from one to another worskpace without deleting and re-add it in another workspace)
- shared settings for all the workspaces to better manage the account

It would be beneficial to have an option that can be granted to (1) admin or Super admin where a change can be implemented across all workspace.

Yes. Being able to create workspaces for area of customer relations but have the customer banks the same. example adding contacts to multiple workspaces with one entry. having their sent documents visible from all workspaces. but allow initial processing, sold jobs, payment, and aftercare/service be separate. allows team to stay in their lanes and not see the mess of other departments.

This is so needed!!!! I'm actually not setting up a separate workspace because it makes double the work. Having separate workspaces was one of the reasons we chose PandaDocs and now I'm realizing it's not worth the effort to have it because it doubles the amount of work you have to do.
