Ability for the sender to only receive one email letting them know that the document has been completed + send a PDF email to the recipient
I have run several tests, disabling and enabling the "document has been completed by all recipients", the "attach a PDF to email," and the "Email attachment" feature, and there is no way for the sender to only receive one email, while still allowing the recipient to receive the completed PDF. Currently, the sender always receives two emails: "Signed copy..." and "...document has been completed by all participants." Looking for a way for the recipient to still receive the PDF, while also only sending the sender one email letting them know the document has been completed.

Requesting an email notification for document senders that mirrors the one that recipients receive, when documents are close to expiring and when they do expire.

We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

when adding a user have a dropdown to identify the team they are associated with
It would benefit to be able to categorize the team the user belongs to when adding a user with a dropdown when inviting them to the workspace.
This would help with understanding the use case when connecting with the user for feedback.
More importantly it would help build a QBR based on the use case to steer behaviors.
Customer feedback has been that they do not want to attend engagement events as the data is combined and not related to their specific use case to drive adoption behaviors.

change logo does not apply on embedded documents
It seems that when I change the logo, I can see inside the embedded document in the UI.
But when I change the color of the button, that doesn't apply. (In info says that is applying for buttons from email). Does it not apply to embed documents?
E.g. My button from email was changed to red, but that one from UI remains yellow.3 votes -

Ability to set "Signing Order" as a default setting for users or workspaces.
It would be great to have the "Set Signing Order" moved to the user settings within "My Account" or "Workspace defaults", so that either specific users can turn it on for all documents they send or workspaces can turn it on for all documents sent.
Even if it could just be added as a quick check box/setting change on the "Add document recipients" screen at the beginning of a document creation it would be more convenient. Currently, it has to be manually turned on for each new document (that is not a template) within the content bar, "Manage Recipients", and…
