Custom role: User cannot edit a sent document
Once a document is sent, we don't want users to have the ability to accidentally hit edit since the 'share link' option is right above it. Adding this to the custom role abilities would bypass this.

when adding a user have a dropdown to identify the team they are associated with
It would benefit to be able to categorize the team the user belongs to when adding a user with a dropdown when inviting them to the workspace.
This would help with understanding the use case when connecting with the user for feedback.
More importantly it would help build a QBR based on the use case to steer behaviors.
Customer feedback has been that they do not want to attend engagement events as the data is combined and not related to their specific use case to drive adoption behaviors.
