Timeline (Dashboard) updates itself once the contact is updated
We send documents to our contacts, but sometimes the contacts are changed. The dashboard version of the document seems to be keeping the old contact name in the activity log. So it should be a way to clear out the old contact's association with that email permanently.

Initial User Roles
Hi -- It would be extremely helpful if we could determine a user's capabilities/role prior to them accepting the invitation. Presently, we cannot do this, which means we basically have to sit on the site refreshing to see if they accept and as soon as they do, change their role level. This is highly inconvenient, not just because of the time involved, but also in the event that we do not change the user's role quick enough they are automatically are an Admin and thus have access to all previously sent documents. Allow reps who sell in GBP and USD to use the same workspace and still produce accurate reporting. At present global reps have to use different workspace to sell in different geographic areas this is extra work for the reps and requires manual reviews of data

Billing custom role/custom role permissions
Credit Card fields: values entered for the card number can only be unmasked by specific roles such as Admin…or a custom role like “Billing”. Currently, each person is at the very least is able to unmask that information if they are the author/owner of the document. We would like it so even the person who made the sale could not view that information as it is irrelevant to anyone outside of our billing department.
