  1. Global Settings: disable pdf download for entire account / Ability to disable the 'Download document' for recipients on the account level

    For global settings, give admins the ability to set whether pdf downloads are enabled or disabled at the organization level or at the template level. For example, our organization would like to disable downloads by default. Currently all users have to select this at the document level before sending to a user.

  2. Account Messaging / Notifications for Admins Only

    Display account notifications ton account owners/admins only. Don't want end users seeing past due warnings, etc.

  7. Add permission option to "View Team Page" without the ability to edit users' roles or licenses

    Only the account owner on our team is able to see (i) all of the users in our workspace, (ii) what roles and licenses they have.

    Given this, we think it would be great to have a "view-only" option for the team page to see who all is onboarded on our workspace and what their roles / licenses are. This option would not allow us to edit the users in any way.

  13. Lock ability to create a document from an existing sent document

    Create a setting to block the ability for users to create a document from a sent document.
    Idea is to force them to convert the sent document into a template or use an existing template.
    This would reduce the possibility of client data transferring to another document.

  17. Master license list for admin

    It would be beneficial to have a master license list for admin to see all licensed users in one location rather than having to be in a specific workspace to view the licensed users.
