Custom role ability to create automations
Custom roles: Ability to create automations without accessing the WS docs.
Right now only managers/admins can create automations, if we create a custom role with ALL of the same access as a normal admin but without access to documents, they are not able to create automations.

Ability for the sender to only receive one email letting them know that the document has been completed + send a PDF email to the recipient
I have run several tests, disabling and enabling the "document has been completed by all recipients", the "attach a PDF to email," and the "Email attachment" feature, and there is no way for the sender to only receive one email, while still allowing the recipient to receive the completed PDF. Currently, the sender always receives two emails: "Signed copy..." and "...document has been completed by all participants." Looking for a way for the recipient to still receive the PDF, while also only sending the sender one email letting them know the document has been completed.

when adding a user have a dropdown to identify the team they are associated with
It would benefit to be able to categorize the team the user belongs to when adding a user with a dropdown when inviting them to the workspace.
This would help with understanding the use case when connecting with the user for feedback.
More importantly it would help build a QBR based on the use case to steer behaviors.
Customer feedback has been that they do not want to attend engagement events as the data is combined and not related to their specific use case to drive adoption behaviors.

Admin to "Create Workspace" not possible
When you are an Admin but not the Super Admin/ Account Owner. The option to + Create Workspace is available. It is deceiving to give false hope that as an admin you can create a Workspace when in reality you can't.
I hope product can place a banner or a notification message saying that only the main Admin Owner can create

Ability to have IT not use a license
We have a new IT firm that will creating users for all of our portal (i.e. PandaDoc) when we have new hires. I want to give them admin access to our account with using any of our open licenses.
