  1. Customer would like to have the ability to send a notification reminder for a invoice document that is created from PandaDoc.

    As per customer :
    I should say that we do not use any of suggested payment gateway.
    We just use an international swift payments thought the bank account.
    So invoice is not linked to stripe, paypal etc.
    It’s just a document which we provide for the client to pay our services.
    Is there any chance to have this useful service with the reminders for that kind of documents in a same way that we have it for the contracts?

  3. Have the ability to restrict other members from inviting users that doesn't match the company domain and only invite users that match the domain.

  4. Would like to group users by location/region/team (sales/support/etc) and set permissions based on the grouping.
    For example: they have x locations and each location has sales, support, admin and other teams within that workspace.
    The workspace should allow a grouping assigned by user per team and prevent that team from viewing other teams' data.

    In this case, the user can be restricted to see only their items or all the items, not by group.
    Creating a workspace per team + per location and applying custom roles per location is not scalable.

  5. This feature would enable team members with Member roles to make necessary adjustments to templates, such as updating certain fields/blocks, without needing full editing access to the entire template.

  9. Option to set customizable intervals between reminders and duration. For example, set up automatic reminders for the invoices sent via Panda twice a month. One reminder every 2 weeks. Length - 2 months. Then it should be stopped sending.

  20. support tickets – is there a way to have every support ticket submitted by a user in our account (in app request + emailed support) to cc a specific email and admins of the workspace?

    I'd prefer to have our IT department to supervise support requests and admins to have visibility.

    The only way is to CC them in a reply to the emailed ticket.

    Goal: every ticket created in any workspace has him cc’d on it so he can be aware of any issues, as well as having the workspace admins cc’d to allow better tracking of potential issues.
