  2. Approvers should be like signers, so that they do not take up a license in the system. In this case this approver/director is outside of the HR department and should only have access to the documents that are sent to them. It would be preferred if they did not have to log into the system to approve a document. Hope this make sense.

  4. We use a lot of templates. All of the new agreements end up in the Documents folder and we have to go back later to organize the docs in different folders to stay organized. It'd be great to specify a document folder the new agreement should live inside of upon sending the agreement. Also, it'd be great if templates could have a folder option where docs created with that template will land in a pre-set folder.

  7. The classic editor was MUCH, MUCH more efficient because the variables were listed in the same order as they appeared in the document. That allowed the user to simply tab their way through - from top to bottom - until they reached the end of the document. But now, I might put in variable 1, then tab twice just to get to my next variable, but that variable may be variable 12, then variable 3, then variable 8, then variable 13, then variable 2, etc. It jumps around the document in complete chaos. It should go: Start at variable 1…

  9. Very few of our users ever use the PandaDoc to send documents or collect signatures. Most of them, at least as far as I understand, will use the templates to create a document, then just download it, print it out, and deliver it person to collect an in-person signature. From what I can tell, the downloading of documents is not subject to the approval workflow process, regardless of whether the button says “send” or “send for approval.”

Nearly every feature on PandaDoc is conveniently available from most context menus in the documents tab except for the function to send a reminder which requires you to go through several tabs inside the document to reach. It would save me a lot of time and help me avoid double-sending reminders if it was easier to reach.

  14. In the 1.0 editor, contracts included an invoice that clients could download and submit for approval. This was necessary to generate POs, checks, etc. and is how many corporations need to operate.

    In 2.0, we've lost the invoice and only have a CC/EFT payment option. My clients who pay by check need me to send an additional invoice for the deposit, since there's nothing for them to download.

    Can you consider adding back a downloadable version of the invoice?

  18. It would be nice to have a printdriver feature that allowed us to print from our tax software or adobe directly to PandaDoc and not have to print to adobe them upload the document to PandaDoc.
