  6. Bulk Send - Add setting to disable completion notification emails. Currently, you can turn off notifications, but its all notifications. I would like to turn them off for bulk send only and continue to receive them for non-bulk send documents.

  8. Approvals process and actual workflow for contract going in navigating between different parties within the same company.
    For example, after you're able to do that where you set up a workflow approval process where you send a draft on over to someone. It gets edited, and then if it gets approved it gets sent on to the next party; If it gets declined, then it either stays with them until it gets edited, or tracks and goes back to step. To have like a full CLM platform.

  12. From the documents list or even the viewed the ability to decline the document for the client. Sometimes they phone or email us directly back, not declining in Pandadoc. So they are getting reminders and our statistics are wrong.
    Why is it only the client can decline?

  13. When adding a new approver they can't update any document that was created prior to the change. This creates a bad experience where a new doc needs to be created via the template or the new approver can't approve. This creates a bad experience for the internal team and adds a delay for the recipient.

So we are currently able to update the Salesforce Opportunity Stage when the status of related PandaDoc Document is changed (i.e. PandaDoc Document Completed = Opportunity Stage Closed Won) but we would like the ability to do the opposite. The use case here is we would like to mark all outstanding "sent" documents as 'Declined' when we move the related Salesforce Opportunity as Closed Lost. This will ensure there are no outstanding documents "hanging out" that are related to dead sales opportunities.

  17. 80% of proposals are signed and then the customer does pay and he waits to see if it’s ok like that...

    We have to ask again...

    If we raise at a time when the client has left on something else then he lets it hang...

    We raise again, everyone ends up annoying...

    In short, it is essential!
