If we click on the draft it takes us to Panda Doc directly, where as we simply want to keep editing it through our salesforce view. Can you assist? 2-way sync with Insightly
As I mentioned, if all the data is in INsightly beforehand, everything works fine. However, that doesn't work with our workflow, where we prefer to have the client enter certain information.
IT's not for confidentiality purposes...we want to put the burden of entering credit card and bank information on them because, if they make a mistake, it's their mistake, not ours.
