Convert a document directly to a form
I am able to publish a document as a form by going to forms, adding a document from templates, and then selecting Publish. I wanted to know if it is possible to do this within the "All Documents" folder. The process seems very complex to create a form from a document.. I have to convert my document to a template first, then go to Forms, add the document from the template, and finally publish it. This change seems unnecessarily complicated.

Ability to append first.last name of recipient in subject line
We had this feature in DocuSign powerforms, and it was extremely helpful. We need the ability to append the name of the first recipient in the subject line of the email that goes out. For example: "Sample Subject line [FirstName LastName]. "
Maybe this is already possible with variables? When an office gets lots of submissions via PandaDoc forms, and they all have the same subject line, it's hard to differentiate them.

Smart Form: More field options and more Validation options
Federal Tax ID field, with the validation for that and social security number boxes. For date of birth validation for certain years, for business start date custom dates in the past, and for the second contact card, not all businesses have two owners so it would be nice if there was already a contact preset. to not have the second contact preset being required unless there's info that's input to validate that there needs to be a required email there. and fields for currency that validate that as well.

Transfer data from one form to another form automatically
To be able to transfer data from one form ( Form1) to another form (Form2) automatically, for example:
I want to send someone our "Intake Form" (lets call it Form 1). THEN I want to take the information from Form 1 and input it into a new form (Form 2). THEN I want to send that new form (Form 2) and send it to get signed by the client.2 votes -
Change the subject line of the form
The customer requests to change the subject line on the form when the copy was sent to the submitter of the form. Customer would like the subject line to indicate as them (form creator) instead of the submitter who sent them the copy of the form

- Add the Collect Files field to your form, then publish it.
- If your recipient is using a mobile device, they can take a photo and upload it to the Collect Files field.

Remove response from form/ CSV when deleting the form response document
Remove response from form/ CSV when deleting the form response document. Currently, when you delete a form response document, it still shows up as a response on the form, and in the CSV.
