Add Collaborative Members to a form
Goal is that Members can edit, send links, and see responses in the form like the creator. Example would be google forms, it can have many editor that has either set permissions or all the permissions like the creator of that form. Side note. Change sensitivity for form field snapping and nudging
Moving/nudging form fields is too kludgy. This results in radio buttons and check boxes not aligning correctly with the underlying document. The end result is a document that lacks professional appearance and shows our customers that we lack attention to detail.

Form: sent a unique link to the email
Once a recipient fills in their email, a unique link is sent to their email to fill out the form. They should not be able to fill in the form before the link is emailed to them. Essentially "Review Document" option should not be there.
