Square: we have multiple locations but can only use one to take payment.
We have multiple locations and need to take payment by the location sending the contract. We use square as our payment processor. PandaDoc shows all my locations but only allows one location to take payment for all forms. I can create a separate form for each location, but it still only allows one location to take all the payments.

Forms that do not show the creator's name on email notifications when they are sent out.

Stop when a form gets filled in an e-mail is sent with the same form
When sending forms via email with the web link. When the client opens and fills in the form, it emails the same form to them again!
