Formatting properties as percentages
HubSpot properties that are numbers formatted as percentages (%) currently appear in PandaDoc documents as decimals. It would be great to have them formatted as percentages, like the HubSpot formatting (i.e. 65% rather than 0.65).

Ability to map products to pricing tables and pricing section in bulk
What I am asking for is the ability to do this rule mapping in bulk – such as an upload feature from a spreadsheet. I have many many rules I need to add to each pricing table. I want to be able to do this once – not for each individual rule.

Bulk upload of rules to pricing tables.
We have two pricing tables - one for once off costs, and one for ongoing costs. We map all our SKU codes from HubSpot products to the pricing tables. Often SKU codes are created in batches of 20, but we have to manually add each code individually as a single rule. Can we please have the ability to 'upload' rules to a pricing table to save so much work every time we release a new 'group' of products.1 vote -
Ability to place rules on the pricing table, so only specific line items from the Hubspot deal populate specific pricing tables
I am referring to rules placed on the pricing table, so only specific line items from the Hubspot deal populate specific pricing tables (there are two pricing tables – one for one off costs, one for ongoing costs).

Data from a single PandaDoc field to be distributed across multiple HubSpot properties
A user might have a "Full Address" field in PandaDoc, and they want to map this single field to different properties in HubSpot, such as "Street Address," "City," and "Postal Code." Currently, they would need to create multiple fields in PandaDoc for each specific property, which complicates the document creation process.

Fix PandaDoc HubSpot integration to match update HubSpot Object Merge - Jan 2025
When HubSpot updated merge functionality in Jan 2025 (including Contacts and Companies, refer: https://developers.hubspot.com/changelog/updated-merge-functionality-for-crm-objects-including-contacts-and-companies) it broke the mapping between Contact and Company objects, and their associated PandaDoc documents.
Problem: When a PandaDoc document is created from a HubSpot Contact or Company, the HubSpot Object ID as added to the PandaDoc document metadata. Under the updated HubSpot object merge, Contacts and Companies are allocated a new Object ID. Therefore, when two HubSpot contact or company records are merged and then viewed in HubSpot, the associated PandaDoc documents for the two merge objects, do not appear on the new object PandaDoc…

Update Last Modified date when the doc is relinked to a different CRM Object
Currently the last modified date of the document is not changed when the doc is relinked to a different CRM object. And this is huge in our case because that way we are just losing to the to to the deal basically because since we are fetching only those documents on the daily basis which were last modified for the last previous day, we are not catching those that have been for some reason like switch to the different object and on our side in the analytics part, it creates a lot of the head edge. Our expectation is that…

Recipient Groups in Hubspot
Recipient Groups are currently not working when creating documents from Hubspot. Are there any plans to add this functionality to our Hubspot integration, similar to how it works in Salesforce?

HubSpot CPQ Conditional approval based the variable:
HubSpot CPQ Conditional approval based the variable:
want to offer a trial and we write that language into, the contract or whatever. And we have a variable for trial length if it's 30 days or less, no approval, if it's more than 30 days needs approval. We want that to be free for the rep to set as they're generating the quote. That way they don't have to know for example, that they need to click the needs approval workflow, because, that's our blanket solution right now, which is, in this workflow, it just needs approval because, you are asking…2 votes -
Allow HubSpot field mapping in Content Library items
Currently you can only map properties to HubSpot from templates. I'm making a template with a lot of conditional logic which requires me to create Content Library items as building blocks. I would really like to be able to map my questions in these building blocks to HubSpot properties.

Allow mapping to different HubSpot fields in pricing table
Allow mapping to different HubSpot fields in pricing table:
This is a major pain point for us. We can only use deal line items to populate Contracts and have to manually populate Sales Proposals because we can't use the same line item description for both documents. The description in the pricing table of contracts needs to meet legal requirements, whereas the description in the sales proposal needs to be easy to understand and not full of legal jargon.
We have a double work load with every sale due to this restriction.1 vote -

Access 'Sensitive' & 'Highly Sensitive' Data tokens for Auto-populating Templates
When creating a document, we get to automatically populate fields by mapping the relevant hubspot properties.
Hubspot now has support for 'Sensitive' and 'Highly Sensitive' properties which contain details like payment cards, government ID's etc. These properties are not available currently as tokens to be mapped into PandaDoc.
It's a hassle, because everything comes over, and then we have to manually copy all the 'sensitive data'.
In my search of a solution, Hubspot's documentation says that PandaDoc development needs to request access to these new sensitive and highly sensitive property 'Scopes' in order to allow mapping tokens to be used.
