We have great news – the feature you requested to update Opportunity Products in Salesforce when a PandaDoc pricing table is updated is already available. We've also released more improvements and 2-way sync capabilities. Here are some of them:- Update Salesforce opportunity products whenever a document’s status is updated
- Update Opportunity Products when PandaDoc pricing table or quote builder is updated
- Update a document with field values from Salesforce after the document has been created
- Control Update Opportunity Products trigger by status
- Export product updates from the Pricing Table and Quote Builder into opportunity products (standard and custom fields)
- Add and remove opportunity products based on their selection in the Pricing Table and Quote Builder, as well as when they are explicitly added or removed from the document.

Add a Page Break inside a Pricing Table (available in PandaDoc CPQ)
The ability to place a page break block inside of a pricing table. This way, long pricing tables can be split up on multiple pages without needing to create separate tables.

Sync payment app total with the total in pricing table (EV2)
Currently, we do not sn option to sync the total amount on pricing table (if optional is enabled so customer could choose what to purchase) to the payment app (so that is what they would pay). Customer would like this to be automated instead of their clients manually putting the total ammount on the payment app,

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your idea. There is already a way to reach the same result. What you would need to do is edit the document and then share via link to avoid re-sending emails. All original recipient links should still be available to all recipients if no one has signed the document. However, if someone has signed already, PandaDoc clears the signatures as it would be illegal to modify the content without resetting the signature. We hope this work around helps you!

We're excited to let you know that the feature is available with Content Placeholder via “add automatically” mode. This way, whenever you create a document from a Template, it always takes the latest version of a block from Content Library.
Additionally, with the new product catalog, products in pricing tables and quotes will be updated in templates and Content Library Items as soon as you import the updated catalog with a CSV file as described here.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – we've recently released some automation recipes, including moving sent or completed documents to a selected PandaDoc folder.
Automations are template-based — so, once you set up an automation within your template, all new documents created from this template will inherit the setup.
This automation is available for Business and Enterprise plans.

Assign all/several fields to one role/recipient at once in a template [Workaround in comments]
when I bring in a PDF form and after I autocreate the fields how do I mass assign the role to the recipient and then manually assign the few fields to sender?

You can now select multiple fields by pressing Command (on Mac) or Shift (on Windows) on your keyboard while selecting several fields. Selected fields will become framed in blue and can be assigned all at once!

You can also assign all fields at once on the document level before you send the document.
- If you have only one recipient, all the fields in your document will be assigned to them automatically as soon as you click Send > Send via email/Share via link.
- If you have more than one recipient, you can click Send and select Assign all at the top panel and assign all fields to one of the recipients.

Approvals are set up on a document level
I'm wondering if it is possible to set someone as an approver as a one off, instead of having an approver assigned to a template. I'd like to be able to assign a unique approver when a document is generated, instead of having it preassigned in the PandaDoc workflow.
