Something that is critical to the business is the transparency between CRM system (Copper) and the Document Software. The association of documents with specific accounts create a fluid system - having the ability to assign documents to the correct accounts which allow an overview of all documents through the extension would immensely help workflow for businesses

Ideally, the copper integration should be able to associate a contact in copper to a contact in pandadoc via the email, and show all proposals of that contact in the chrome extension sidebar. If thats not possible, have the option to manually link a proposal by browsing and linking. Hubspot has this feature with its pandadoc integration
