Allow more than the Account Owner to create custom roles and workspaces. This creates a bottleneck, especially at initial onboarding or when need to add new teams to PandaDoc.

We add a lot of workspaces and it's hard to only have 1-2 people who can add the workspaces, we need the option to allow any user we want to create a workspace.

Would like a super admin role to oversee workspaces and all access an account owner would have. The account owner is the decision maker and the admin is managing the entire account.
