Allow admins to change the organization's other users' emails, names, and passwords from Settings > Team.

Going through an acquisition and the domain is changing, would like the ability for the admin to be able to update not other their email but all users emails in the account/workspace.

It would be helpful for admins to be able to reset passwords for users within the organization, especially where passwords expire after 1 year.
