It's bad GUI. I had to pre-write and save instructions for email templates for our users. All of our documents need reviewal from the client's legal team and the ability to red-line and send back the document. This is however easy to do in PandaDoc, but it's not something that has been intuitive for our clients. There is so much blank space on the left and right margin on a document delivery on a desktop. It would be nice for basic instructions to be included.

I agree with Tom Maggio. At least once a week a client asks me to send them a PDF. This should be a glaringly obvious button at the top of the document. Make it flash, make it gaudy, make it OBVIOUS, just don't bury it in a menu! The recipient UX should be the easiest and most intuitive experience in the world to navigate. If I have to explain it to a kindergartener, it's too difficult.

THis is critical for me. As of now i have to coach my clients on how to download or print the pdf. My clients have board approvals and need to print pdf easily and quickly to compare to my competition.
