Multiple recipients to one signing order (groups in signing order).
Send to multiple signers when using signing order / 2 signers will receive the document at the same time in signing order
Hey đŸ‘‹
Excited to share that non-sequential completion in the signing order has reached general availability and is now accessible to all users.
Please find more information in our help center.
We would appreciate any feedback.

I need it so that multiple recipients/signers receive the document simultaneously so they can review the document at the same time. Once everyone is done with their review, and the signers complete their required actions, the completed document goes to everyone plus the recipient who is a 2 in the order. If you take off the signing order the recipient that only needs the document when it is completed is inundated with multiple emails throughout the process instead of just receiving the notification when it's been completed.

This is key feature I heavily used with DocuSign and I miss greatly. This is amust have not just a nice to have, as it offer visibility and access to all the right people at the right time. Many times the signer needs to have the document reviewed and approved before they will sign, in which case it would be nice to have both receive the document at the same time to collaborate.

Why this is an important feature to include (and a feature that is available in Docusign).
The real life situation that this occurs in, is that Board resolutions need to be signed by entire boards and then are dated according to the final signature.
Since the date field needs to be assigned to someone, we want to assign it to one person and have them receive the document only after the entire rest of the Board of Directors has signed the document. So, more like 12-13 people need to receive the document at once to read and sign it and then after all of them have signed it, the final person receives the document for signature so they can sign and date the document. -

Signer role could have multiple people assigned to it and when one signs that role is complete.

A signing order where it is sent to groups at a time. For example, if you have fifteen signers, with three groups of five, you could set a group signing order, and send it out to the first group of five, who can sign simultaneously, and once all five are finished it moves to the next group of five.

Right now, the only way to make sure CC recipients also receive the document when sent is to move them above the signer in order. It's a bit of a convoluted process if you have multiple stakeholders on the recipients end that would like to be able to stay in the loop/ be able to push internally if it hasn't been signed off on. (I also wasn't super confident I was doing it correctly the first time)
I'd love an easier/more spelled out way of doing this (like just checking a box on the cc'd individual saying you'd like them to receive the notification email)

set the signing order for multiple recipients to get the doc at the same time and then one to get it after all those people signed

Be able to use the signing order + send the emails to multiple signers. For example, when signer #1 is the salesperson, and signers #2 and signer #3 are clients from the same company and either signer #2 or signer #3 should sign the doc
