CC'd recipient: document status change
When the recipient is only CC'd, the status should be changed to Viewed - Completed when the recipient reviews the document.

when sent document is being viewed by Cc'd recipients, the document status should remain as 'sent', not until the signer opens the document, the status will change to 'viewed'
