This should be a priority implementation! It's one of the biggest flaws in PandaDoc compared to other signing platforms. It's such a hassle to have to delete this.

@pandadoc ever respond about this issue? Deleting these confirmation pages from each and every document in a completed Panda Doc is an absurdly redundant time suck. If all the other Signature platforms have figured out how to authenticate their envelopes without the requirement to attach this page, why can't Panda Doc?

Please, remove it. It's not useful, and it takes a lot of time to manually take it out.

My company is planning in 2024 April leave Pandadoc and move to docusign because Panda do have certificate removing option. This is crucial option for us, because each day we sent about 100 envelopes, so take off the certificate from each document is really disaster time wasting.

Please remove this. It is causing confusion for our business partners who do not accept automated signatures (only ones drawn on glass).
I need to communicate to them our workflow settings don't allow this which can take days to resolve and causes delays for our customers

Yes this takes HOURS out of my day, opening and removing these pages. Please remove!!!

same here - I have users who need to print dozens of documents and the signature page is doubling the amount of pages being printed out

Yes- please create an option to remove the Confirmation page. This seems like a no brainer. As an attorney, its a important function.

Need to be able to remove the confirmation page for purposes of circulating documents to different parties.

We are a law office. Our court system won't accept documents for electronic filing that have any extra pages, including the signature certificate. We use PandaDoc to get signatures from our clients but then we have to use another app to delete the signature certificate before filing with the court.

Need option to download pdf without certificate

This is a critical need – disabling the signature certificate, or the option of having it a separate PDF. The others commenting here have made valid points as well.

This certificate exposes the email address of all parties which may not be applicable to all workflows.

Ability to download documents without signature certificate

It would be great to be able to chose to include or leave off the signature cert. If i am having to extract the page via Adobe, it defeats the purpose of the doc being 'locked' after signature.

Another alternative: provide an option to have the certificate as a separate PDF.

Also, wondering if it is possible to reduce the file size of the certificate - signed and certified PDF files from PandaDoc are 3-4 times as large as those from other providers (i.e. 600-700 KB vs 150-250 KB).
