Ability to disable or remove Signature Certificate for downloaded documents / Setting to not include Signature Certificate
ability to disable Signature Certificate for completed documents
Hi there! Thank you so much for your idea – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. Please feel free to upvote or leave your comment to let us know how and why this functionality is important for you. Thank you

Is there an update on this feature?

same here - I have users who need to print dozens of documents and the signature page is doubling the amount of pages being printed out

Yes- please create an option to remove the Confirmation page. This seems like a no brainer. As an attorney, its a important function.

We are a law office. Our court system won't accept documents for electronic filing that have any extra pages, including the signature certificate. We use PandaDoc to get signatures from our clients but then we have to use another app to delete the signature certificate before filing with the court.

This is a critical need – disabling the signature certificate, or the option of having it a separate PDF. The others commenting here have made valid points as well.

This certificate exposes the email address of all parties which may not be applicable to all workflows.

Another alternative: provide an option to have the certificate as a separate PDF.
.
Also, wondering if it is possible to reduce the file size of the certificate - signed and certified PDF files from PandaDoc are 3-4 times as large as those from other providers (i.e. 600-700 KB vs 150-250 KB). -

I think this is an important feature, sometimes you only want the signed document with security enabled without the branded certificate. All other e-sign apps allow you to download a version without the certificate including Docusign and Adobe E-sign.
A workaround is to print as pdf; however, you then don't get an encrypted (secure) pdf.
