Status change to Cancelled or Void
There are times when Declined or Expired are not the correct status when voiding a contract. There should be an option to accurately change the status to Cancelled, and all recipients should be notified when this happens.

Use case: in the event that a document needs to be cancelled from the user end (you/sending company pulls out for any reason.) The additional status will allow for better record keeping and document/template improvements based on being able to differentiate between declined and cancelled
Currently the only options for scenario are deleting the document and force decline.

Totally agreed. I'm hesitant to move my contracts away from DocuSign for this reason. In an example from just this morning, a client struggled to execute our MNDA in PandaDoc (it was forwarded to an executive who couldn't figure it out or just likes to sign the old fashioned way). I have no way to note that it is void and why (executed manually).
