Lock ability to download to pdf to preserve document analytics / Disable Template PDF download option for the team

Eugene likes the ability to see into document analytics and once the document is downloaded, he cannot see status of the document's progress.

    They want the ability to disable the PDF download option on a template. Reason being, is that some of their users are downloading the doc as a PDF and then sending it outside of PD so they cant track it. Managers want to remove that option so they have to send via PD.
