Be able to search documents/templates by tags exactly via the search bar (for example, #bigcontract)

This is absolutely Critical. Why would there be a Tag function if we can't find said documents/Content Library by a tag search discovery option.
We must have this in the Document Creation page. When we add a piece of content library. We can't find it using the tags used to define the piece.
