The option to add PandaDoc to the Hubspot Tickets cards object

It would be helpful for us to be able to create a PandaDoc for a ticket. As we work through the HubSpot ticket pipeline, we need to send an agreement to a client to engage with the service, like a non-disclosure, to support them.

We are currently using the PandaDoc - HubSpot integration and I understand that tickets are not connected. Is there a work around for that? Or is that something coming in the very near future?

We are using PandaDoc and enjoy the product but also need to access Ticket properties. I don't want to bring on another tool so if can find one that does integrate with both deals and tickets I would consider dropping PandaDoc

Currently there exists the capability to "Create Document" at the Deal level. This functionality works well when managing a new agreement (particularly in light of the Automations capability of attaching a Completed Document to its respective HubSpot counterpart.) With an existing agreement, typically Tickets are generated in HubSpot when there is the need to add/modify services. This results in a new document/contract capturing those changes. Once the contract is executed it is attached manually at the Ticket level. If we had the capability to "Create Document" at the ticket level then the contract could be attached via Automations at the same level. Hope this makes sense.
