ability to pre save custom options in dropdown or in a text fields, to not recreate them on a new template/document

The current method of going through the content library is cumbersome and a mess when trying to move the custom fields into the correct place in a document. This would be a great feature.

This would be a huge timesaver and very very helpful. Creating a new set of 20+ variables every template is the worst.
