Transfer the ownership of the template
To transfer the TEMPLATE to someone else so that any time a doc is created from that template, they are the owner and then when it's sent it comes from them

Real scenario: Employee who owns multiple templates leaves the company. Someone else now has to go in and make copies of them all, and the admins have to delete the originals. This is a terrible waste of time.

Being able to easily change the owner of a template is a significant oversight when you are trying to use APIs and share templates. Duplicating them is not really an answer because that creates tech debt that needs to be resolved.

it appears that when using zaps to create docs from templates, the sender defaults ONLY to the owner of the template, which is less than ideal; unless i'm not understanding the capabilities of the zaps, then it seems to be a significant gap in the product that you can't use zaps to create a template that default to a designated sender (as opposed to the owner of the template)
