to disable adding the emails that have been added in CC to the HubSpot contacts
if you create a document in HubSpot, add a template from PandaDoc, and then add in CC in the PandaDoc document the email of the recipient that you have in your PandaDoc contacts, the email contact is automatically added to the contacts in HubSpot once the document is sent.
The client wants to disable this feature.

We aren't too fussed about those in the CC field but we would like the ability to prevent our own team members from being added to HubSpot as contacts when they send a document. They are already users, so adding them as contacts creates some issues within HubSpot.

This is really a critical thing, when trying to automate Contact creation based on fillouts of a pandadoc youll always get errors because the mail is existing already.
If the from pandadoc created contacts would be associated to the deal, this would not be a problem at all

Do not auto-create a new contact in HubSpot when a contact is created in PandaDoc

My customer would like to disable having internal contacts from being created in Hubspot when they are cc'd in a document.
