Changing the information without touching the components of the document
Its not necessarily a rate changes only that we need to change but rather the documents themselves usually have multiple updates each season. For instance we have a template that has about 4 pages: A Customer Information Form, a Payment Policy Notification, a Winter Storage Contract, and Winter Storage Terms & Conditions. Each season, there will be multiple minor adjustments made to each of those pages, whether it be rate changes, edits in the text, and format changes etc. I need the ability to change the source files of those pages in that template with our updated documents.
With DocuSign, we could simply click on the ellipsis button and a “replace file” item was available to upload a new file, leaving all the content boxes and signatures in place.
