[Quote Builder] Transfer data functionality

Being able to use Quote Builder with Transfer Data functionality.

    Would like the ability to copy the information in the Quote Builder when duplicating a document. Currently, when duplicating a document, the quote builder is duplicated but reverts to the default products. In some cases, there can be 10 or more products that need to be manually added again to the quote. The "Transfer data to..." functionality also does not work in this use-case.
