Multiple Workspace collaboration
A way for workspaces to communicate customers information better. We have many different departments who all deal with a customers file but at different stages. There needs a way to Be able to create workspaces for area of customer relations but have the customer banks the same. example adding contacts to multiple workspaces with one entry. having their sent documents visible from all workspaces. but allow initial processing, sold jobs, payment, and aftercare/service be separate. allows team to stay in their lanes and not see the mess of other departments. Using workspaces for organization of the different stages of the same customer. but the customer file being seen across the board for final customer profile.
