allow the user to remove the tierednote/pricing descripton once volume pricing is chosen

Admins/Managers can hide the upselling label for volume-based products in Quote by going to Design tab -> Volume-based pricing -> Disable "Show label" toggle.

We use tier pricing so having that feature on the Catalog is awesome; it makes it easy for a larger team to maintain accuracy in their quoting.
But we do not like that it is displaying the pricing per unit on the Quote Builder as if promoting some type of discount. We are a construction company, and adding more units for a discount does not apply. We do not disclose prices per unit.
