The quote builder has no way to show the total pretax for line item taxing, I am shocked that this is not already apart of the quote builder! There are four or five ways to show the totals with tax but not on to show without.

Adding the 'Section Total excl. VAT' as a custom line to the section total of the quote builder (just like Subtotal, Total Quantity, etc.) will help to save valuable time when sending out quotes and proposals. It is import for the recipient to the that extra information the Section total.
