Signature Certificate for sent documents
The ability to generate signature certificate no matter the document status (includes, sent, viewed, etc) as proof.

Some documents do not need 100% signatures to be complete (Investor Majority Consent and Shareholder Resolutions) - signing groups do not work as they have a specific location to sign. The ability to be able to download the certificate at any point during the document lifecycle is critical to be able to prove signatures.
