Allow all room members to communicate about action items in a general space within the room outside of a document. Allows vendor and customer high level visibility.

Indeed, the addition of this feature is critical to the implementation of Rooms because its is cumbersome for clients having to switch between Gmail or any other email processor to PandaDoc. just to add a simple comment.
