Notes per contact to show on Home screen, in client's words:

I guess it would need to be in the directory section so it is per person. We have a medical office so for us it would be patients but for others it would be customers. We could make notes per customer/patient that was per interaction. So for instance John Doe, I would go to the directory and under his name list different interactions that might look like this:

8/19/24 - new patient paperwork received but still hasn’t made deposit. Called pt and gave deadline of 9/1 or we need to cancel.
8/3/24 - pt called back and scheduled for 9/19/24. Sent new patient paperwork. Waiting on deposit.
8/2/24 - intake received & approved by doctor. Left pt a vm on both work and cell numbers. Waiting on pt to schedule.
8/1/24 - spoke to patient. Sent intake.

I realize that the dashboard is meant to show what’s pending but sometimes context or other details are needed.

Once they become a patient we have a way to track everything in our patient system but prior to their appt we use panda doc.

Like a running list of notes regarding communication.
